Government Housing Programs
The firm specializes in financial statement audits and consulting services for clients who participate in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs, as well as in state housing programs in Michigan (MSHDA) and Pennsylvania (PHFA).
During the past 30 years, our firm has established a great reputation in the areas of HUD, MSHDA and PHFA audi ts. We have conducted audits in accordance with HUD Handbook 2000.04 REV-1, Consolidated Audit Guide for Audits of HUD Programs, and advised clients on how to respond to inquires from HUD and state housing agencies.
